To understand the present is to learn and heal the wound from the past and to forget what does not encompasses the the genuine us today. We need to journey into the better and hopeful future. We needed to let go of those past and make way for more assured steps today.

Many photographs and memories brings back that youthful and ambitious us with no cares for the future...unspoilt, fearless, strong and hopeful. We are unaware of what's really scary and unreal. We are just living life day by day with the hopes that we finish our schools, have a family and work in the future. Simple wishes or wants..not complicated and not complex. Everything seems much easier and a given to somehow have an idea where we are heading. I love the innocence, the authentic selves, the clean ocean, the boys that runs and whistles, the girls in their pony tails and lollipops ,the parents that prays together, the neighbors who really cared and the trees that gave shades and a sturdy body to tie our laundry string lines. I hold them dear in my heart and mind especially my parents sermon and practice on reading, cooking, saving and praying.

I have learned and grown up to be that sentimental, vintage lover and old people loving person. I love the wisdom when i talk with them, their quirky old belief presented this days are sometimes funny at best annoyingly lovely. I appreciate antiques or at least things that told stories with their scratches, bumps and chipped paints. They reminded me of my past. There are broken and irreplaceable parts yet there is great value in maintaining it's integrity and strength however others may see it. My life story is still my best treasure to share with my kids and theirs, today and in the future.
